Lincoln, Neb.-based T.O. Haas Tire Co. Inc. has received certification from the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Award Program (SHARP).
The program recognizes "small employers who operate an exemplary safety and health management system," according to T.O. Haas Tire officials.
"We've been working hard on reaching SHARP certification status for nearly two years," says T.O. Haas Tire owner Randy Haas. "We've identified hazards in the workplace and corrected them."
T.O. Haas Tire has 26 stores throughout Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas.
