Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has named Joe Ruocco senior vice president of human resources. He starts his new job on Aug. 1.
He comes to Goodyear from General Electric, where he spent 23 years.
He will be responsible for providing strategic direction for Goodyear's global human resources and will report to Goodyear Chairman and CEO Bob Keegan.
