Jack Williams Tire continues to grow

Count Jack Williams Tire Co. as another independent tire dealership that's in full expansion mode. The Moosic, Pa.-based company plans to add two retail outlets within the next 12 months, including one that's now under construction.

The dealership also is building a new warehouse in Allentown, Pa., and is adding 50,000 square feet to an existing distribution center.

Jack Williams Tire currently has three wholesale centers and 26 retail stores. The dealership sells Goodyear, Kelly, Dunlop, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Continental, General, American, National, Toyo, Yokohama and other tire brands.

Its CEO, Bill Williams, was named MTD's Tire Dealer of the Year in 2006.
