The five-day event drew more than 150 attendees representing more than 800 tire dealer locations. InfoExpo 2013 provided 30 educational sessions, 12 partner exhibits, and many special networking and social events.

Speakers included Wade Gatlin, a vice president for Nashville-based Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations LLC, a health care reform update by Alicia Gibson from the IXG Consulting Group, and industry best practices for creating effective employees provided by Matt Winslow of the Automotive Training Institute.

Other conference highlights included the roll-out details and live demonstrations of ASA’s fourth generation cloud-based software product, TireMasterG4, user group meetings, technology tips and tricks, and a half day of advanced user training.

Throughout the event ASA executives participated in active discussions with clients about new software, functionality and leading technology planned for the year ahead.

“One of our priorities is to continue investing to maintain our technology edge,” says Scott Hopkins, vice president of operations.

ASA recognized Brahler's Truckers Supply of Jacksonville, Ill., as the Dealer of the Year award winner in recognition use of technology to improve the level of service they provide to their customers now and in the future. Mike Coates and Rita Williams accepted the DOTY award on behalf of Brahler's.
