Titan posted net income of $23.2 million on net sales of $593.3 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013. It posted income of $19.5 million on sales of $578.4 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013.
For the first half of its fiscal 2013, Titan recorded income of $42.7 million on sales of nearly $1.2 billion. Its income-to-sales ratio for 1H 2013 was 3.6%.
