Tire Choice sells tires to beat breast cancer
The Tire Choice & Total Car Care has once again partnered with tire manufacturer Omni United Pte. Ltd. to support breast cancer research. During the month of October -- Breast Cancer Awareness Month -- The Tire Choice will hold exclusive sales and specials to raise money for Mobilizing Hope and breast cancer research.
This year marks the third consecutive year that the 35-store chain has participated in Mobilizing Hope.
For every Radar-brand tire campaign participants sell, Omni United will donate $5 directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). Omni is committed to a minimum donation of $200,000 and a maximum of $250,000.
"My wife, Diane, and I are very proud to again partner with Omni and a great organization like the BCRF,” says Dan Hennelly, chariman and CEO of Hennelly Tire & Auto Inc., which does business as The Tire Choice. “We are dedicated to this cause because of the tremendous commitment they have to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.”
As a part of the Mobilizing Hope campaign, Tire Choice will offer a 10% service discount every Wednesday during the month of October to customers dressed in pink. In addition, The Tire Choice will donate $1 to local breast cancer research for every Omni Radar-brand tire sold.
“This is a disease that hits very close to home for many people -- everyone knows at least one person who has been affected by it,” says Dan. “We are happy to be able to show our support across all The Tire Choice locations and the team is committed to increasing our campaign sales numbers from last year."
