ASA Automotive Systems, a provider of software systems and services to independent tire dealers and automotive service centers, has announced speakers for the 2013 ASA InfoExpo Conference to be held September 21-25 at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.
The keynote speaker is Wade Gatlin, vice president, commercial solutions, mining, for Bridgestone Americas Inc. He will discuss the company’s strategic steps to better serve its customers, referred to as The Boss. Gatlin will explain how Bridgestone employees are developing new approaches to common business situations in order to meet or exceed The Boss’ expectations.
Other general session speakers include:
* Alicia Gibson, managing partner of IXG Consulting Group, who will present a health care reform update session; and
* Matt Winslow, director of speakers and content for the Automotive Training Institute, whose presentation is titled, “Secrets to Creating Effective Employees.”
