At one time, the Yellow Pages may have been the most important advertising medium at a tire dealer's disposal. Today, there are many, including direct mail and the Internet. Are they Yellow Pages still one of them?

That is what Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich wondered when the latest edition of The User-Friendly Phone Book arrived.
