A number of mining companies, including Barrick Gold of Australia Ltd., are using Advantage PressurePro LLC tire pressure monitoring systems.
"When PressurePro first began distribution to the heavy-duty market, a large proportion of entities realizing and reaping the benefits of tire pressure monitoring were mining companies," says PressurePro CEO Phil Zaroor.
Barrick uses the firm's systems at three locations in Australia.
"The product has been found to be accurate, durable and easy to install," says Barrick representative Dave Pafflin.
