Donald B. Rice Tire Co. Inc. has promoted Steve Gray from the position of Director of Sales & Marketing to the new position of Vice President – Sales & Operations.
Gray was originally hired to focus solely on commercial sales, the company says. He has grown his duties to include recruiting, training, personnel, expense control, advertising and has had an impact on many other areas.
His new role will more accurately reflect his contribution to the company.
“Steve’s career with Rice Tire is a great example of someone responding to what needs to be done and contributing to the continued success of the company,” says Chris Chase, president of Donald B. Rice Tire Co.
