Rush Enterprises Inc. announced that its subsidiaries have acquired certain assets of Piedmont International Trucks, a company that operates commercial truck dealerships in North Carolina.

The acquisition includes International and Idealease franchises and locations in Asheville, Hickory and Statesville, North Carolina.
