Stellar moves Heifner to customer service

Stellar Industries Inc. recently moved Jessie Heifner into its customer service department. He joins the department after spending the last five years as a CNC machinist for Stellar.

In his new position as technical customer service representative, Heifner is responsible for supporting Stellar parts sales as well as providing troubleshooting and technical assistance for all Stellar product lines.

“Jessie’s personality, eagerness to learn, and his hands-on experience as a machinist will help our department continue its efforts of quicker and better service to our distribution and our end users,” says Dave Schwichtenberg, customer service manager.
