Sullivan Tire Co. Inc. has acquired Auburn Tire, a 12,000 square-foot wholesale facility in Auburn, N.H.
Sullivan Tire officially opened it as the company’s 12th wholesale distribution facility on April 1, 2013. It will stock approximately 10,000 tires and serve Sullivan Tire’s central and southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts wholesale customers.
The facility was purchased from Auburn Tire owner Mark Hilliard. He and his staff of four people will continue their employment with Sullivan Tire. Hilliard has 35 years of experience in the wholesale tire industry, with 20 of those at Auburn Tire. The location will staff a total of 15 employees.
Sullivan Tire has 65 full-service auto repair locations and 15 commercial truck tire centers throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maine. For more information about Sullivan Tire, visit www.sullivantire.com.
