Pirelli Tire North America has expanded its presence in its second year at the New York International Auto Show, drawing record crowds over Easter weekend to its 3,300 square-foot booth. The show takes place March 29-April 7, 2013, at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City.

In addition to announcing new original equipment fitments on the newly redesigned Cadillac CTS and Lincoln MKZ, the Italian tire manufacturer was also presented the J.D Power and Associates award for highest original equipment tire customer satisfaction in the truck/utility category.

“Our growth at the New York Auto Show mirrors our growth in the North American market,” says Paolo Ferrari, chairman and CEO of Pirelli Tire North America.

“We’re honored to be recognized for our premium products and technological advances; the scope of our product line is evident in the range of vehicles we’re fitted on throughout the show.”

The Pirelli booth features exotic cars including the Ferrari 458 Spider, McLaren MP4-12C, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, Lotus Evora S and Kimi Raikkonen’s 2013 Lotus Formula 1 car.

The booth also features the 2013 range of F1 tires and the full range of Pirelli street tires, including the new Cinturato P7 All-Season Plus tire.

Pirelli also exhibited at the Geneva Auto Show where Pirelli added the new La Ferrari, Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster, Maserati Quattroporte and McLaren P1 to its lineup of OE fitments.
