SMP adds to clone-able TPMS sensor line

March 19, 2013

Standard Motor Products Inc. (SMP) has added five new clone-able sensors to its growing TPMS sensor line. The sensors match the original for fit, form and function.

Due to their advanced engineering, they can easily be cloned with the existing sensor ID, eliminating the need for a factory relearn, notes SMP. Standard part numbers TPMS115A, TPM1A, TPM27A, TPM91A and TPM107A offer expanded late-model coverage for Ford truck, Acura, Honda, Suzuki and Cadillac.

“We’re pleased to add these new clone-able sensors to our TPMS line,” says Phil Hutchens, senior director of marketing, SMP.

“We believe we are providing the market with the best in TPMS technology. Our advanced sensors are cloned in less than a minute by simply entering the sensor ID into the TechSmart T55000 Cloning tool, with no factory relearn needed.”
