Michelin launches OperTrak fleet tire/rim system
The Michelin Earthmover division of Groupe Michelin has released Michelin OperTrak, a comprehensive, easy to use web-based tire and rim management system designed to monitor tire activity and optimize budgeting, forecasting, inventory and performance.
Michelin OperTrak assists users in gaining the maximum value from their tire assets.
The benefits of utilizing Michelin OperTrak include:
- real time web-based data and information;
- a comprehensive fleet inspection tool;
- customizable budgeting and forecasting;
- multiple user input and retrieval capability; and
- complete fleet data consolidation.
The system is available to end users and key accounts through Michelin representatives and its dealers.

Michelin OperTrak generates easy-to-read reports for inventory management, budgeting, projected wear, tire performance, failures and damages and fleet inspections.
Reports can be exported in several formats. OperTrak can consolidate information from multiple company sites and be configured through various organizational levels. The information can be viewed by region, zone, state, site or other criteria to meet user needs.
