In recognition of his continual improvement in Falken Tire Corp’s accounting and internal control processes, and for building a solid team capable of managing the company’s rapid growth, Peter Buck has been promoted from vice president and controller to chief financial officer.
Additionally, Vivien Winneke moves from director of human resources to vice president of human resources. According to CEO and President Richard Smallwood, she has energetically moved forward in accomplishing key goals and has been instrumental in reshaping Falken’s human resource practices since her arrival to the company two years ago.
As vice president, Winneke also joins Falken’s Executive Committee.
Buck and Winneke "exemplify the types of employees we have at Falken,” says Smallwood.
"Over the past two years, Falken has continued to add staff, increase marketing investment, and build a beautiful, new 60,000 square foot corporate office for our team.
