Cooper will pay out dividend

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will pay a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable June 30 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 2.

This will mark the 145th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper.
