Miami, Fla.-based distributor Tire Group International (TGI) has opened a sales office in Santiago, Chile.
The office will be run by Gonzalo Mino Fourines, a 25-year tire and automotive industry veteran who has worked with General Motors Chile and several other corporations.
"TGI has been very successful in implementing its marketing strategy in targeted countries throughout Latin American and the Caribbean," say company officials.
"With Gonzalo’s broad tire industry experiences, we fully expect to continue leveraging our successes in order to further expand our presence throughout the region."
