Mount Kisco, N.Y.-based Mavis Discount Tire will use ASA Tire Systems' technology in its Cole Muffler & Brake stores.
Mavis bought 47 Cole Muffler stores, most of them in New York, in late 2008. Mavis now has more than 100 locations in total.
Mavis has been an ASA customer for nearly 20 years. "Their software has always given us the information we need to run our business, and we are proof that it can contribute to the growth of any size tire business, large or small," says Mavis co-owner Stephen Sorbaro.
Mavis is one of the 10 largest independent tire store chains in the U.S., according to Modern Tire Dealer research.
