MaddenCo offers enhancements to its Tire Dealer System

MaddenCo introduced several new enhancements to its Tire Dealer System software at its annual Users’ Meeting held recently at the French Lick Casino & Resort in French Lick, Ind.

Approximately 125 attendees representing hundreds of tire locations were told about MaddenCo's new Warehouse Locator System designed primarily for wholesale operations. It tells a user where to put up tires based on unit movement, and from where to pull tires based on current inventory levels, the company says.

MaddenCo also introduced a Loyalty Points Program through its point-of-sale application, whereby users can create their own loyalty or rebate programs for customers based on customer purchases.

Also introduced was a new Associate Dealer Billing Program enhancement, which allows a user to act like a national account vendor to its associate dealers.

With this feature, a user can electronically send accounts payable credits back to associate dealers for servicing the user’s customers. "This concept is similar to MaddenCo’s national account processing with Bandag, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Michelin and Yokohama," notes the company.
