Continental Tire North America Inc. (CTNA) has officially made its new Continental HDL2 DL long-haul truck tire available.
The tire contains a closed shoulder tread design for wet and dry traction, an innovative lug angle for lifetime traction, a wider casing for increased stablity, and other features, according to CTNA officials.
It's available in four sizes: 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 275/80R22.5 and 285/75R24.5.
"Continental's truck tire customers recognize the need for long-lasting equipment, especially in today's market conditions, when long original miles factor in choosing a tire that will perform to their standards," says Clif Armstrong, director of marketing for CTNA, the Americas.
