Myers Tire Supply Distribution Inc. is now offering General Motors and Ford tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) service kits.

“There is much confusion about servicing TPMS sensors in the field,” said Myers Director of Marketing Jeff Jobe. “Having a complete service kit takes guesswork out of the equation.”

The GM TPMS Sensor and Service Kit handles all GM vehicles equipped with TPMS systems. The kit includes one each of seven sensors, sealing caps, cores, grommets and grommet nuts. A TPMS four-way valve tool, core torque tool, valve core deflator, GM application chart, and a divided storage kit are also included.

The Ford TPMS Sensor Service and Band Kit covers all Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and certain Mazda vehicles. The kit includes four universal bands, metal cradles for the band sensors, a band-mounted sensor, plastic clips, two sensors, four service kits, a TPMS four-way valve tool, core torque tool, and toolbox.

Aside from the kits, a complete line of TPMS replacement sensors, tools and accessories are in stock at Myers Tire Supply’s 36 branch warehouses throughout the U.S., the company says.
