Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Jeffrey Schumaker general manager of its Corporacion de Occidente joint manufacturing venture in Mexico.
Schumaker joined Cooper in 1988. He has served as tire testing manager and SUV/light truck tire development manager, in addition to having held other positions.
He most recently served as director of quality systems.
