CMA boosts market share in Mexico

China Manufacturers Alliance LLC (CMA) says it has increased the Mexican market share of its Double Coin truck tires to 1.5%.

The increase "validates the commitment Double Coin has made to the Mexico market," say CMA officials.

"The partnership we fostered beginning in 2007 with Del-Nat Tire Corp. and (buying group) Todo Neumaticos y Mas (TNM) has created a seamless marketing effort for Double Coin in Mexico," says CMA Vice President Aaron Murphy.

"It has allowed us to utilize a strong dealership network in all parts of Mexico as our solid foundation for sales and service on our products, as well as capitalize on the strengths that Del-Nat offers when managing export sales."

TNM encompasses 13 dealer/distributors throughout Mexico. TNM Managing Director Alejandro Garza Torres says Double Coin's OE fitments "are attractive to customers when deciding which foreign products to use."
