Nexen Tire America has promoted Chris Tolbert from northeast territory manager to regional director.
Tolbert, who joined Nexen in 2007, has developed the Nexen brand in the Northeast and Great Lakes regions.
"Chris grew up in the transportation industry and has been in the tire industry for over 20 years," say Nexen officials.
