Jiangling Motors has chosen the Hero Forza F278 light truck tire in size 700/R16 10PR as original equipment on its commercial vehicles, reports Federal Tire Corp.
The tire has a durable steel belt and a strong casing, and has a high load carrying capacity for everyday commercial use, the company says.
The Hero Forza F278 offers durability, traction and stability and has a wear-resistant tread compound with zigzag sipes for long tread life and grip. It offers light truck owners a comfortable, safe ride at an economic price, reports Federal Tire.
Jiangling Motors Corp (aka JMC) Ltd. is one of the largest commercial vehicle enterprises in China.
In 2007, Jiangling Motors achieved sales record of 95,059 complete vehicles, of which 38,752 units were JMC-series light trucks. In the first quarter of 2008, the car maker sold 10,026 light trucks, including 8,190 units sold domestically and 1,836 exported units, up 36.3% in total sales volume.
