Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. has promoted Victor Siewert to chief financial officer.
In his most recent position with Hercules, Siewert served as vice president of finance, which he was promoted to in 2005.
He started with Hercules in 1989 as assistant accounting manager and was named company controller in 1994.
