Yokohama to sponsor Los Angeles Auto Show
Yokohama Tire Corp. has signed on as an official sponsor of the Los Angeles Auto Show 2006. The show was designated an international auto show this year.
The period of sponsorship is three years. This year's show will be staged from Nov. 29 through Dec. 10. The show will give the tiremaker opportunities to showcase its high-performance tires, including the Yokohama Advan line, the company notes.
The Los Angeles Auto Show is one of the four largest auto shows in the United States, attracting more than one million visitors annually, reports Yokohama. Combined with the already-designated Detroit Motor Show, there are now two international auto shows in the U.S.
