CTNA announces sales and marketing personnel shifts

Sept. 14, 2006

Continental Tire North America Inc. (CTNA) has made several changes in its PLT Replacement Sales and Marketing Group.

Effective immediately, Jeremy Lewin assumes the role of manager, product planning and brand development, and Paul Tecci becomes manager of programs, promotions and events.

Lewin will be responsible for the design and implementation of PLT Replacement’s long-term product planning strategy for NAFTA. Lewin has most recently served as CTNA's manager of original equipment replacement sales.

"In addition to the appointment of Lewin, the supporting product planning team has also been restructured to ensure market segment based planning across brands," say CTNA officials. "In newly defined roles, Joe Maher takes responsibility as product planning manager, passenger/performance lines, and Tony Talbert assumes duties as product planning manager, light truck and winter tire lines. Both will report to Lewin."

Tecci will be responsible for the development, design and implementation of programs, promotions and events across brands.

Tecci most recently served as strategic marketing manager for CTNA. Reporting to him will be Bruce Buckles, who will be in charge of programs and promotions, and Catrin Meyer, who will be responsible for event planning.

In addition, Brittany Scott will be in charge of e-marketing and advertising design, while Nakia Medlin will handle dealer training and point-of-sale materials.

Lewin and Tecci will report to Travis Roffler, CTNA's marketing director.
