Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Julian Baldwin vice president of its European Operations.
He also has been appointed managing director of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. Europe.
Baldwin replaces Ron Shield, who is retiring after 15 years of service.
"Under Julian's leadership, Cooper Europe will undoubtedly continue its pattern of sales growth, increased manufacturing and logistical efficiencies, and enhanced profitability," says Cooper International Tire Division President Hal Miller.
Baldwin joined Cooper's Avon Tyres unit in 1993.
