Michelin will hike OE prices due to raw material costs

Groupe Michelin will raise its original equipment passenger and light truck tire prices between 6% and 8% worldwide.

The increase will take place on Oct. 1 and "is due to the continuing rise in raw material prices," according to Michelin officials.
