American Tire Distributors Inc. (ATD) has signed a lease for two warehouses in Tampa and Miramar, Fla., that will go into effect on July 1.
ATD will lease 291,659 square feet of space from real estate developer IDI Inc.
"These facilities provide ATD (with) Class A distribution space in two of Florida's most strategic distribution locations," says Scott Helms, senior vice president of IDI.
