ALLDATA introduces TPMS reference guide

June 27, 2006

ALLDATA LLC has created a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) reset procedure “Quick Reference Guide," located in ALLDATA’s Technician’s Reference section, for every popular vehicle equipped with TPMS through the 2006 model year.

"As more vehicles are being manufactured with TPMS, it’s essential to have the correct information to reset, diagnose and repair these systems,” says Rich Diegle, ALLDATA technical editor/communications manager.

Diegle also writes Modern Tire Dealer magazine's monthly Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) column.

“The TPMS Quick Reference guide makes finding the OEM reset procedures quick and convenient.”

ALLDATA also provides factory TPMS system description and operation articles, repair and diagnostic procedures, wiring diagrams, safety precautions, Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and recalls.

ALLDATA updates its TPMS information regularly so the most current information is always available.

The TPMS data is included in ALLDATA at no extra charge, Diegle says.
