Bandag Inc. plans to open 52 Speedco Inc. truck lube and tire service locations by the end of the year.
"We are expanding our network across the nation to increase driver convenience," says Mark Clark, Speedco's CEO and president.
Speedco has 40 locations throughout the country. Its next location will open July 6 in Beaverdam, Ohio.
Speedco's sales increased $6 million during the first quarter of 2006 over the same period in 2005.
