Three Michelin North America Inc. facilities have been recognized for workplace safety accomplishments during 2007.
Michelin facilities in Greenville, Sandy Springs and Starr, S.C., were honored earlier this week by the South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance.
The Greenville location manufactures tire molds and is part of Michelin's main passenger tire campus in Greenville. The Sandy Springs and Starr facilities are semi-finished rubber processing plants located in Anderson County, S.C.
