Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has received the 2006 "Manny Award" from Inside Business magazine for its Fortera with TripleTred Technology tire.
Goodyear was picked as as a winner in the "New Product Development and Innovation" category.
The honor "celebrates manufacturing excellence in Northeast Ohio by recognizing the achievements of local manufacturing and distribution companies," according to Inside Business officials.
Judging is performed by the magazine's editors and area business leaders.
