Cooper Tire posted a net loss of nearly $7 million (including discontinued operations) on net sales of $572 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2005. For the full year, Cooper recorded a net loss of $9.3 million on net sales of $2.2 billion.
Cooper Tire's stock price on the New York Stock Exchange closed at $12.44 a share on Wednesday, April 19. That compares to a 52-week high and low of $21 and $12.27, respectively.
