Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Vincent Castellaneta and David Schwab as quality systems managers.
Castellaneta will be responsible for Cooper's warranty program management, regional inspection point operations and its consumer relations call center.
Schwab will be responsible for the functions of Cooper’s four United States regional inspection points.
