Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Todd Below tire engineering manager in the company’s Albany, Ga., tire manufacturing facility.
He will be responsible for all plant tire development activity and will lead efforts to continually improve product design, quality and performance, the company says.
Since joining Cooper in 1998, Below has worked as a tire designer in Findlay, Ohio, and most recently as tire engineer in Cooper’s Texarkana, Ark., manufacturing facility.
