Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has received Spartan Chassis Inc.'s SPARC Award for its commercial tires that have been installed on Spartan recreational vehicles and fire trucks.
Spartan Chassis is a division of Charlotte, Mich.-based Spartan Motors Inc.
"Goodyear has delivered quality products on time with outstanding overall support," says Larry Finey, Spartan Chassis' senior purchasing manager.
Kris Fettig, Goodyear account executive for commercial original equipment tire sales, says the award "is a major milestone in our relationship with Spartan Chassis. We believe this achievement will further strengthen our association."
