Continental AG's Board of Supervisors has appointed William Kozyra deputy executive board member.
Kozyra, 48, is CEO and president of Continental Teves Inc., based in Auburn Hills, Mich. He is responsible for the Automotive Systems division's NAFTA business.
"His appointment underscores the growing significance of this region for Continental and demonstrates the company's strong international orientation, now reflected at the executive board level as well," says the company.
The appointment of Kozyra gives Continental an executive board member in North America to represent its interests locally in dealings with key original equipment customers located in the region. Kozyra continues to report to Dr. Karl-Thomas Neumann, who is in charge of the Automotive Systems division at Continental AG.
