Kumho Tire U.S.A. Inc.´s Ecsta line will expand this April thanks to the addition of the new Ecsta AST.
The tire will target the tuner market and will be available in rim diameters ranging from 15 inches to 18 inches.
The Ecsta AST was unveiled at Kumho's annual dealer meeting, which is taking place in Neuvo Vallarta, Mexico.
In addition, Kumho officials have announced that the company will be shipping its tires that emit red and blue smoke to dealers in 2006 - "a small number in a few sizes, mainly for drifting."
They report that Kumho sold four of the smoking tires last year for $2,000 a piece.
