Andreoli adds Demandforce to its software

Andreoli & Associates Inc. (A&A) has added an integration for Demandforce, a subsidiary of Intuit Inc., to its product offerings.

Demandforce sends out electronic service reminders, promotional newsletters, and post-sale reviews and surveys for its customers using service history from their point-of-sale systems. Reviews are posted to the Internet to help improve a dealer's online reputation on sites such as Google, Facebook and CitySearch.

“Progressive dealers are seizing the opportunities available through online marketing,” says Mike Andreoli, president of A&A. “Demandforce offers a powerful suite of services that assists dealers in extending their online visibility as well as communicating with their existing customers.”

Jordan MacAvoy, head of automotive business development at Demandforce, adds that Demandforce "enhances the quality of client relationship management, improves operational efficiencies, and generates more revenue for our clients."
