KYB Americas Corp. has promoted Erin Manning to customer support manager.
In her new position, Manning will ensure the expectations of KYB’s customers are met and exceeded by coordinating efforts of customer support staff and KYB’s sales team.
Manning, who will work at the company's headquarters in Addison, Ill., also will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the customer support department.
“She has a tremendous background in customer support and knows how to take care of our large customer base," says Vice President Mike Fiorito. "Erin has earned this promotion through her hard work, dedication and creative abilities to help KYB customers."
Manning joined KYB in 2005. She has served as a customer support representative and specialized in international shipping logistics.
