Dunn Tire creates a year-round layaway program

Dunn Tire LLC chose October 2012 to launch its unique, customer-focused layaway program. It is not seasonal; the year-round program is part of the company's ongoing focus on customer care.

The program was created for two reasons:

1. as an option to Dunn Tire's long-standing credit card- based financing programs; and

2. as a convenience to customers who prefer to pay for future purchases over a period of time.

“Dunn Tire’s goal is to provide our customers with the most flexible and convenient payment options in our industry,” says Patrick Logue, managing director of retail operations at Dunn Tire.

“We recognize there are great demands on personal and household budgets throughout the year. We’re very sensitive to that. Giving our customers complete financial control is the right thing to do."
