In front of over 150 attendees, MaddenCo CEO, Kim Angermeier, unveiled the company’s new mobile suite at its 2012 Users’ Conference held recently in Evansville, Ind.
The mobile suite includes:
- MciFleet, which allows salesmen and/or customers to review fleet status, retreads, orders and other customer account information.
- MciDelivery, which captures signatures on a smart phone at the time of delivery to the customer; and text messaging, which allows salesmen to text customers from the point-of-sale counter.
The mobile suites are available for iPhone, Android and Blackberry smart phones.
“During the conference, customers were already in the Apple app store downloading the new apps; some had already put the apps into production at their locations,” says Jay Adams, president of MaddenCo.
