Equus Products reaches sales milestone for Innova 3100

Equus Products Inc. reports that during this quarter, it will reach the 400,000th-piece sale of its Innova 3100 CanOBD2 Diagnostic Tool.

Ieon Chen, CEO of Equus Products, says, “Sales of the Innova 3100 have increased in quantity every year and are still going very strong.”

According to Chen, the Innova 3100 single-SKU alone accounts for

approximately 50% of the company’s OBD2 product sales in terms of

quantity. It is also believed to account for as much as 20% of all OBD2 product sales in the U.S., the company says.

Recently, Equus Products debuted its www.CanOBD2.com Webs site and RepairSolutions database. Now, owners of any Innova OBD tool,

including the 3100, have online access to a complete repair solutions by simply plugging their tool into the vehicle then connecting the tool to their PC. Without the need for training, any user can now gain access to accurate, comprehensive, VIN-specific, real-life fixes to the diagnostic trouble codes and quickly solve vehicle problems, the company says.

Current Innova OBD tool owners will be alerted to this value-added service when they connect to the Internet using their tool and software, and can easily join by clicking “upgrade.”
