Dynamic Tire Corp. is recalling certain Sailun S825 commercial tires due to an inner liner thickness that may be thinner than specification requirements.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) says the thinner inner liner may lead to sidewall separation, increasing the risk of a crash.
A total of 44 units, size 385/65R22.5, are affected. The tires were produced between March and April, 2012.
Dynamic Tire will notify owners, and dealers will replace the tires free of charge. Owners may contact Dynamic Tire at (905) 595-3593, or NHTSA at (888) 327-4236, or visit www.safercar.gov.
