Federal burns rubber on the big screen

A strategic alliance between Federal Corp. and Warner Bros.has put Federal tires on the "silver screen," so to speak.

Warner Bros Movie World at the Gold Coast Australia features an action movie with a lot of drifting and chasing scenes not only over the road but also across the rooftops of buildings in an Italian village.

Audiences can hear the screaming brakes, smell the burning rubber of the tires -- Federal tires -- and see how it all comes about, thanks to real life professional stunt drivers known as the Hell Drivers. Warren Luff, twice crowned Mitsubishi Mirage Series champion and winner of the V8 Ute Australian Champion in 1999, 2000, 2002 and 2003, is one of the Hollywood stunt drivers.

Jamie Ma, CEO of Federal Corp., and Michael Croaker, head of entertainment for Warner Bros. and creative director at Village Roadshow Theme Parks, recently got together in Queensland, Australia, to celebrate the alliance and share information and ideas.

"This international crossover collaboration allowed Federal to further expand its geographic footprint in Australia as the extreme stunt show contains a variety of excitement by running on Federal brand tires,” says Ma, who was impressed with the quality live entertainment production.
